SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Antonio Northwest at The RIM

The comfort and cleanliness of my King Suite was exceptional. The bathroom was beautiful and there were full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower. I didn’t have a moment where things were not plentiful. The bath, hand and face towels were x 4 and wanting extra towels seems to be a problem in most hotels. These were lofty and pristine. The bed was so comfortable and soft duvet and pillows were amazing. The ac worked. All the time. There wasn’t a need to ask for an adjustment. Microwave and refrigerator were so nice to have. The large sofa, ottoman, desk and bar area allowed for spreading out my belongings, food and work area. TV was nice for streaming my own channels and was viewable from both bed and sofa. This will be my go to hotel from now on when visiting family and working with medical facilities. Thank you to the friendly staff and the huge breakfast every day. Excellent hospitality and I’ve stayed in all the hotels at the Rim. This one is the best.

This hotel is amazing, from the staff to the facility and everything else that comes with this home away from home.

Staff was very friendly. Loved the size of the bathroom. It was very easy for my husband and I to both get ready at the same time unlike other hotels we have stayed in.

Staff was beyond helpful, quick, and excellent! The rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious too. It’s also in the perfect location!

Nice location, bathroom shower was nice, very friendly check in staff, and kids liked the pool.
